Carl has over 20 years experience in property management and it’s specialised accountancy functions. He is responsible for the whole of the accounting arm of Lear Group and it’s subsidiary companies. Carl has been with the company for 15 years and brings a wealth of experience to complement his team.

Andrew has been with Lear Group since it’s inception and has over 22 years of experience in the property industry. He specialises in Commercial Property Asset Management and has responsibility for the land, buildings, development, acquisitions and disposals across the portfolio.

Mr Richard P Chesterton - Property Manager
Richard is an experienced Property Manager taking responsibility for tenant liaison, lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews. He is your first point of contact for nationwide property requirements whatever your business needs.

Mrs Gaynor M Wilshaw - Finance Manager
Gaynor has been with Lear Group and it’s subsidiaries for over ten years and ensures that the day to day management of parts of our accounts team, delivering an efficient and progressive service.

Lynda has a number of years experience in credit control and brings a dynamic and professional approach to her area of our accounting facilities. She is responsible for all rent, service charge and insurance collections and administration.
